Leo Cavalletti is a Junior at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, majoring in Marketing at the Carlson School of Business and Management. He graduated from Southwest High School in 2022. While in high school, he earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma, an educational program recognized by 140 countries that provides students preparation for university and life beyond.

Additionally, during his junior year in high school, Leo embarked on an exchange year to Germany, immersing himself in a new country and culture. Through this experience, he gained valuable communication experience, juggling two languages, and learning to be more independent. He plans to build on his experience in Germany by studying abroad in Sydney, Australia, during the Spring 2025 semester.

Leo joined GW Carter in early May 2024. His responsibilities include updating and maintaining the GW Carter website, improving SEO for Google's search algorithm, and managing GW Carter's marketing materials.

Outside the office, Leo enjoys playing and watching football (his favorite team is Liverpool), spending time with his family, playing video games with friends, and traveling.
