Theresa joined GW Carter in October 2020, in the role of Data Specialist. Theresa spent the last 30 years with Delta Air Lines, Delta Vacations, and MLT Vacations in a variety of roles - most recently as IT Test Engineer. Among other things, she identified and classified errors, tested and delivered defect-free software to the production environment, and assisted end users with problem resolution and other general support. Her other work experience includes Bank Teller, 10-key operator, and Hairdresser.

You will hear from Theresa regularly as she sends templates for you to fill out, collects your tax documents, and does basic data entry preparation for your CPA.

In her free time, she participates in community volunteer opportunities with her FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association colleagues - it's classified 😉 , and recently participated in the city Police & Fire Citizens Academy.
